Who we are
Respondo is run by Sukses360 Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16587307), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For anything on this page, email support@myrespondo.com.
Two roles
For your account, we decide what is collected and why, and this page is the whole story.
For survey responses, we act on behalf of the team that runs the survey. They decide what to ask and what to do with the answers; we store and process them on their instructions. If you answered a survey on someone’s site, their privacy policy covers what they do with your answer.
If you have an account
We collect:
- Your email address and the details you use to sign in.
- The surveys you create and their settings.
- The keys you create. Secret keys are stored only as a hash.
- The assistants you connect through the MCP server, so you can see and revoke them.
We use this to run your account and the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you answer a survey
When you answer a survey, Respondo receives:
- Your answers, including anything you type.
- A random id created in your browser, so a half-finished answer can be told apart from a new one. It does not identify you.
- Your email, name or other details only if the site you are on chooses to send them.
The widget stores a little in your browser to work — see Cookies.
Who else processes data
We rely on a small number of providers to run Respondo:
- Supabase — database and sign-in, hosted in Ireland.
- Vercel — serving the app and its API.
The full list, with what each one handles, is on the subprocessors page.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Survey responses are kept until the team that collected them deletes them, or the survey is deleted — which removes its responses with it. When you close your account, we delete it along with its surveys and their responses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@myrespondo.com.
If you answered someone else’s survey, ask them first — they control that data — and we will help them act on it.
We process account data to provide the service you signed up for, and survey responses on the instructions of the team that collected them. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and email account holders before it takes effect.
