The agreement
These terms are between you and Sukses360 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16587307) (“Respondo”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Respondo for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details and secret keys safe.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including through assistants you connect to it.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account is compromised.
Your surveys and the answers
You own your surveys and the responses they collect. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for what you ask, and for having a lawful basis to collect the answers — including telling the people you survey how their answers will be used. Our privacy policy describes our side.
Acceptable use
Do not use Respondo to:
- Collect passwords, payment details or other secrets.
- Mislead people about who is asking or why.
- Break the law, or anyone else’s rights.
- Attack, overload or probe the service beyond what our security page invites.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month already paid for; we do not refund part-months. Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Respondo running and improving, which means features change over time. We will give notice before removing something you rely on where we reasonably can.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why where we are able to. When an account closes, its surveys and responses are deleted, so save anything you need first.
Liability
We provide Respondo with reasonable care and skill, but otherwise “as is”: we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
